Working With Our Team
All formal meetings, sessions and phone calls must take place during our office hours unless otherwise specified by planner. Also in order to be in communication it is best to respond back to messages and emails within 24hours.

To ensure a cohesive work process please keep all communication within our virtual office which will have all documents, tasks, reminders and event details.

Virtual Office
We are in the process of setting up your virtual office as we speak. You will find your to do list, a place to upload and download critical event documents, share information and most importantly, track your event teams progress on your event.
Wedding Website
Details regarding your wedding website and other inclusions will be listed inside of your virtual office, instructions to set up your inclusions are listed and detailed in your virtual office as well.
Payment Information
Your billing and booking portal is also available so that you can update details about your event and also view your contract and invoices.
